1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ApplyFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ApplyFlow is a web application that helps users automate job applications by integrating with Google services (Gmail, Sheets, Drive, Calendar). The Service sends emails, tracks applications, and provides analytics on your behalf.

3. Google Account & Authorization

To use ApplyFlow, you must sign in with a Google account and grant the necessary permissions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You authorize ApplyFlow to access your Google services solely for the features you use.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through ApplyFlow
  • You agree not to use the Service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose
  • You must comply with Google's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use policies
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your applications

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all your data. Application data is stored in Google Sheets within your own Google account. Resumes are stored in your Google Drive. ApplyFlow does not claim ownership of any content you create or upload.

6. AI-Generated Content

ApplyFlow offers AI-powered email and cover letter generation using third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI). AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before sending.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

8. Service Plans

ApplyFlow is currently offered completely free of charge with all features included. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or modify features in the future with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

ApplyFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed job opportunities, rejected applications, or email delivery failures.

10. Termination

You may stop using ApplyFlow at any time by revoking access at Google Account Permissions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
